Cancellation Policy

You know we love you....Right?

Its with that love that we must let you know that it tears us apart when you don't arrive for your appointment. We take self care seriously, and you deserve YOU time.

 We love all of our guests, and so when you don't show up, or you cancel or change your appointment at the last minute, we get very sad. That appointment would have gone to someone else who was waiting for their self care time!

We also love our team, and when you don't show up and they have an opening in their schedule, they walk around aimlessly, missing you!

So please honour yourself and our team. Be kind,gracious and allow the time to pamper yourself.

That being said........

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE FELLING UNWELL. We will be happy to reschedule you, but try to give us as much notice as possible.​​
